Aiken County Tax Records

We feel sorry for anyone forced to use this awful, broken system. We attempted to locate several properties but were only able to find one of them, and the information the service provided was very limited. We suggest that you use this system only if you have no other way to acquire useful information about a property. The paid version might be better, but if the public version is any indication of the quality of work, you might just want to sav e your money and hire an appraiser.

Edgefield County Tax Records

We tested this site and were amazed at how user friendly it was. Just type in the street name and see what comes up. The information you get is limited, but it includes information such as square feet, the current owner, their appraisal (keep in mind this value can be MUCH different than the actual value of the home), and the year built.

Richland County Tax Records

Very easy to use and packed with useful information. I strongly recommend checking this once you've found a home you're interested in. Basic information such square footage and year built is all there, but the site also lists improvements, what type of water system the property is on, and more. Very nice for a site that lets you search records for free.

Columbia County Tax Records

Easy to use. Just click ok on the disclaimer, click on the parcel search tab on the left, and fill in any of the blanks. You can also zoom in on the map if you know where your property is but don't know the exact address. This service provides limited information such as square footage, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, and what the property sold for previously.
